-     How to make reservation for apartment that I have chosen?
It is enough to fill in reservation form which you can find at the bottom of each page with detailed description of flat – apartment. You reservation will be confirmed after you get answer from us (which is usually during the same day). Also, you can make your reservation by calling a phone number + 387 51 211 230.

-     Is my reservation confirmed if I didn’t get any answer?
You reservation is not considered confirmed until you get positive reply from us. If you made you reservation by phone, always ask to get your confirmation by e-mail.

-     Is my reservation confirmed if I got positive answer?
Your reservation is confirmed if you got positive answer from us.

-     What will happen if there is unexpected failure in flat – apartment that I have made reservation for, and there fore I am not able to use it?
In very small number of cases, it could happen, because of force major (like failure of electric network, or plumbing or canalization system) what we won’t be able to accomplish your reservation. In that case, we agree to find you appropriate alternative accommodation that will not disturb you visit to our city. Also, you will not be charged with 20% for canceling reservation.

-     What if I wish to cancel my reservation?
If there is any reason why you need to cancel your reservation, we kindly ask you to do it beforehand, and if it is possible at least 7 days before. Please, cancel your reservation by phone or an e-mail. We must note that you will get refund for the money you already paid, minus 20% for canceling reservation. If you cancel you reservation 1 – 6 days before your planned arrival, you will not get refund for money paid in advance.

-     What if I wish to shorten my stay in apartment?
Payment for flats – apartments is made in advance, or at the day of arrival. Our absolute right, if you are leaving flat – apartment few day before, is not to give you any refund. We hope that you understand that your private reasons must not influence the quality of our business.
We always recommend, if you think there is a chance you will need to shorten your stay in our flats – apartments, to make reservation for the minimum time you know you will spend in apartment, with possibility to extend your stay. This way, you will avoid any misunderstandings regarding refund of your money.

-     Is it possible to change the flat – apartment if I don’t like the one I made reservation for?
In situation like this one, we will always try to help you if it is possible. However, regarding to quality of our flats – apartments, and realistic photographs you can see on our web site, we are sure that it is almost impossible that you would not like your flat – apartment.

     Check in and check out

-     I am coming early in the morning; can I enter in the flat – apartment immediately?
In our flats – apartments, check in is after 14:00. It is possible to enter before this time only if the flat – apartment is cleaned and empty before 11 o’clock. In case that apartment is empty the day before, then you will be able to enter it early in the morning. It is best to contact us to get more information about early check in.

-     Who will give me the keys?
After arriving in Banja Luka, you will check in to the central reception desk, in our head-office building, in Ivana Franje Jukica no. 7, where you will get all information about accommodation. You will also then make advance payment, if you didn’t make it already. After that, we will drive you to the flat – apartment, where you will be given the keys and contract and instruction to read “house rules” and “terms of reservation”, where you can find all information about this matter. -     I am arriving in the middle of the night. What then?
You are welcome in Olimpus apartments in any time of day or night. That means that entering the flat – apartment is possible nonstop. That is why you need to inform us about your time of arrival, especially if it is in late night or early morning, and in that case you will not have any problems with accommodation.

-     What to do with the keys when I want to check out?
You need to contact central reception desk, at least two hours before you are planning to leave, and our employee will come to your flat – apartment to take the key.

     Payment

-     When and to whom will I make the payment?
Payment is usually made in advance using the estimate you got from us, or if we didn’t ask you for that, at latest while checking in on our central reception desk. So, payment will be made before entering the flat – apartment, and if you are not satisfied with accommodation, you will get refund minus 20% for canceling reservation. You can find more information about this matter in “house rules”.

-     Can I pay in euro or some other currency?
Payment can be made only in convertible mark (BAM), by official currency rate on the day of the payment. However, foreign currencies will not be a problem, because person in charge for receiving payments will go to the nearest exchange office, and make the currency exchange for you.

-     Can I pay by credit card or check?
You can’t pay using the check, but Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

-     Can I pay at the end of my stay?
No, payment must be made in advance.

-     Do I need to pay advance for my reservation to be safe?
You will get information from us whether the advanced payment is needed or not, but USSUALY it is. After you get confirmation from us, regardless of type of payment, you can consider your reservation as safe and confirmed.

     Stay in apartment

-     Can my friends from Banja Luka use the flat – apartment with me?
No, and that is strictly forbidden. You can only have visitors in apartments, but they also must accept our hose rules hose rules!

-     Will there be anything in refrigerator?
Refrigerators in our flats – apartments are empty. If you have any special fishes regarding content of refrigerator, do not hesitate to tell us. We will do our best to meet you wishes.

-     Do I need to bring my own bathroom towels and bed sheets? How often are they changed?
There are bed sheets for every bed in our flats – apartments. Also, there are 8 bathroom towels. They are changed on a seven day basis, if your stay is longer then seven days.

-     May I cook in flat – apartment?
There are well equipped kitchens in all of our flats – apartments, including basic utensils for preparing dishes. You may prepare dishes in flats – apartments, and that is one of main advantages – that our guests point out as opposed to classic hotel accommodation. If you have any special demands regarding kitchen utensils, do not hesitate to ask it from us. Our job is to make your stay in Banja Luka as comfortable as possible.

-     I have lost my key.
If you lose the key, you will need to pay expenses of changing the lock and making new set of five keys.

-     Is there an Internet connection in flat – apartment?
Olimpus apartments will provide quality internet connection for you in flat – apartment.

-     Is there a phone in flat – apartment?
For of objective reasons, our flats – apartments do not have landline phones, but every apartment has cell phone that you can use for necessary communication with central reception desk. For more information about using cell phone, please read “house rules”.
