Dear guests,

In order for your stay in our apartments to be as pleasant as possible, please read and follow next information:

  • Each guest, after arrival, is required to report with his/her ID card or passport to the reception desk of Olimpus apartments, at the address Ivana Franje Jukica 7, where you will be informed about details related to staying in flats – apartments, and then you will pay in advance the flat you have made reservation for.
  • Guest who made the payment, goes to flat – apartment with his host from Olimpus apartments, he checks the flat, signs the contract and takes the key.
  • If, for any reason, guest is not satisfied with accommodation, he can go back to central reception desk, where his bill will be canceled, and he will get refund minus 20% for reservation that was made but not accomplished. Guest will get bill for this refund also.
  • Check in is after 14:00 if it isn’t otherwise arranged. Please, leave your flat – apartment until 11:00 on the day of your departure. Staying after 11:00 will be extra charged.
  • If you are planning to extend your stay, please contact our reception desk, so we could check is the apartment available in that period.
  • There is a cell phone in flat – apartment that guest can use only for receiving calls and contacting central reception desk. After check in, the host will, in front of the guest, make the call from the cell phone and determine available balance (statement of account) of that cell phone. The balance will be entered in the contract about using the flat – apartment. Guest will not pay calls he made to central reception desk, but will be extra charged for all other calls.
  • Please, report immediately if you find any irregularity in flat, or if you have any complaint or problem.
  • Please, be careful with furniture in flat – apartment. All damage that was made deliberately during your stay will be charged.
  • Our guests are allowed to have visitors, as long as they also follow these rules. It is strictly forbidden for people not reported to central reception desk to use the apartments. If we determine that someone who is not reported is using the flat – apartment, we will immediately cancel the contract about using the apartment and guest will not get refund for services he did not used jet.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • You can use services of our restaurant, as well as delivery service. For more information, please contact central reception desk.
  • Guests can find sanitary parcels with its content and price labeled on it. Opening it means it will be used, and therefore, it will be charged. If we determine, on check out, that sanitary parcel has not been opened, no extra service will be charged.
  • During your stay, personnel at central reception desk are always at your service for any information or help you might need.
  • Guest is required to announce his check out at least two hours before, so the host could come to flat – apartment and make the takeover.
  • Any other information about accommodation in flats – apartments you can get personally at central reception desk of Olimpus apartment, or by calling the numbers: 051 211 230 and 051 212 225
