House rules

Dear guests,

In order for your stay in our apartments to be as pleasant as possible, please read and follow next information:

Each guest is required to report to reception desk with his ID card or passport. Documents will be returned after checking in the Guest book
Only the person that is reported to reception desk can use and stay in our apartments.
During the stay, guest will get special identification card for Olimpus apartments, and he is required to show it while entering business building and restaurant.
Check in is until 14:00. Please, leave your room until 12:00 on the day of your departure. Staying in room after 12:00 on departure day will be additionally charged. If you are planning to leave after 12:00, please contact our reception desk.
If you are planning to extend your stay, please contact our reception desk one day before.
If guest is staying longer, the bills will be paid on a 7-day basis, and rest of the days on the departure day. Bill can be paid by cash, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro) or wire transfer.
Visits are allowed until 22:00
Please don’t make noise that could disturb other guests, especially between 22:00 and 07:00
Breakfast and diner are served in restaurant Olimpus, which is din basement of our building, with mandatory presentation of Olimpus apartments identification card. On demand, we can serve breakfast in the room.
Breakfast is served between 7:00 and 9:00, diner between 18:30 and 21:00.
If you are leaving your room early, please contact reception desk, so you could get box lunch
Please, personally sign bills for all of our services.
If there is anything wrong with your room or our service, please, report it immediately.
Please, be careful with furniture in room. All damage that was made deliberately during your stay will be charged.
Pets are not allowed
During your stay, personnel at reception desk are always at your service for any information or help
