In downtown, in business building shown on photography on this web page, there are six rooms – business apartments, and two single rooms, placed on fourth floor of modern building with view to Gospodska Street.
Why we call them “first class rooms – business apartments”? Because all our apartments have separate space for sleeping, and separate space for work, and do not have small kitchen that can usually be found in apartments. For the price that is not higher then usual price for bed and breakfast in other facilities in our town, beside the breakfast, we also offer dinner, welcome drink and fruits for our business and other guests.
That is why we decided to use term “first class rooms – business apartments”, and that is why we don’t have kitchens in our apartments. Apart from high quality accommodation in apartments, we offer breakfast, dinner, fruits and welcome drink to our guests, and we do not charge anything extra for that. That is why our guests don’t need kitchen. So, guests get overnight stay, breakfast and dinner for the price that is not higher then usual price for bed and breakfast in other facilities in our town. Our guests don’t need to prepare meals by themselves, and therefore have more time to work of relax in our town.
Although we are located in centre of down town, it is very quiet, safe and pleasant in our apartments. All apartments have direct phone line, cable TV and PC with WADSL Internet connection that is free for use.
And that is not all. There are also air conditioner and mini bar, so our guests can, if whey want, enjoy in soft drinks, without extra charge.
Very pleasant ambience, kind personnel, welcome drink, secured parking place and great cuisine and dinner without extra charge are all reasons for you to visit us.
Special attention is paid for your personal safety.
Business building as well as parking place is monitored with video cameras for 24 hours a day.
If you want to organize business cocktail parties, round tables, presentations etc, our experienced personnel as well as restaurant are at your service.
